It’s time to test your Fitness during the Online Team competition! Are you ready to compete? Thursday, September 10th, 11.00 hours we’ll announce the first workout!
What do you need:
- You’ll need 3*3 m2 OR 5*2m2 per person.
- 1 Dumbbell or Kettlebell (see weight per division in the photo below)
- A jump rope, floor mat, timer/stopwatch, and your scorings form!
